The next Grub Club’s meeting is at Chiltern Forest Golf Club, at 12.00pm where you can choose between either lunch or afternoon tea.

Science and Technology

Following a second successful visit to The Silverstone Experience earlier this month, there are now no more visits planned over the winter. Hopefully there will be a return to activity in the Spring.

Local History Group

Sadly, the November meeting of the Local History Group was the last one organised by Glynn White. Glynn steps down after many, many years as Group Leader of this popular group. We must say a big THANK YOU to him for arranging some exceptional trips and speakers.

If you or anyone you know would like to take on the mantle, please let Glynn know. Glynn will gladly lend support to any new leader with a list of previous speakers, names and email addresses of current members of the group and setting up the hall etc. Contact Glynn White on localhistory@wtu3a.org.uk.

Theatre Visits

Burn the Floor – Kevin Clifton merging Dance and Theatre, Monday, 31st January 2022, 7.30pm at the Waterside Theatre. Tickets for the stalls are £56.

Matthew Bourne’s Nutcracker at Milton Keynes Theatre. Thursday, 17th February at 2.30pm. £32 for a ticket in the stalls.
